From the high ridges of Nyabihu, Rwanda, Shyira Washed Red Bourbon brings crystalline structure and floral lift. Grown at over 2,000 m, this lot delivers bright notes of pomelo, blackcurrant, and jasmine, with a tea-like body that lingers in quiet elegance.

To that clean foundation, we add the wild energy of Jairo Arcila’s Peach co-fermented Castillo, grown in Colombia’s sun-drenched Quindío. Through experimental fermentation with fresh peaches and wine yeast, this coffee brings an unmistakable hit of stone fruit, citrus zest, and cacao nib.
